Proposal:

Application to vary Condition 2 of Application 17/01116/FUL to change the use of multiple rooms within the basement and ground floor levels, remove wet areas from the basement, remove and introduce new stairs, and amend the reinstatement of a previously blocked opening. WCs, bathrooms, and doorways will be removed and inserted in alternative locations.
