Proposal:

Application to demolish the garage, raise the roof ridge, and add a combination of single and two-storey extensions, including a first-floor side and rear extension. The plan includes adding a rear dormer, rooflights, solar panels, and a new front entrance. It also involves the provision of a side garage/store, alterations to windows and doors, and the construction of a raised patio, pergola, and outbuilding in the rear garden. This is a revised application to 25/00982/HHA.
