Plan to manage trees under TPO7/1991: Cut and clear fallen limbs of a Grey poplar, reduce by 3m; cut and stack fallen Willow stems; remove snapped top of a Willow and reduce by 8m; reduce another Willow by 6m, leaving logwood in eco piles.
